Harriet Tubman was born in Dorchester County  in Maryland. Harriet Tubman’s full name is Amaranth Ross and she had an adopted daughter named  Gertie Davis and a husband named Nelson Davis. Harriet Tubman had 7 siblings.And some important information about her is that she escaped slavery in 1849.She also suffered a severe head injury from adolescent. Harriet never lost a slave and when they called her ‘’Moses’’ that means she was serious business and that she was not playing around about nothing. What Harriet Tubman is best for is letting slaves free and she is also known for never backing down or giving up. She is a hard worker. What she did was escape where she was at and then helped other people have freedom and her biggest accomplishment was the underground railroad.
